What we collect

• From our audit form: your name, business, email and phone number.
• Anything you send us by email.

Why we use it

To reply to your audit request or enquiry and, if you want, prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us) or taking steps at your request before a contract. We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail): our email provider.
• Cloudflare: hosts this site and protects it from abuse.
• Google Fonts: serves the fonts on this site, so your browser shares your IP address with Google.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this site doesn't set any cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site. That doesn't need your consent.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email us and we'll reply within one month.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
